This is such an awesome idea!

British indie rock band, Editors, just released their new album, In This Light and On This Evening. I haven’t listened to much of the album, but the thing that makes it so cool is that on their website you can stream the album via Google Street View. Apparently, the album is about London. Click on a number and it’ll take you to a different part of London to explore while listening to a song. I think it’s an awesome idea, and it’s got me listening to a band I’d totally forgotten about. Why can’t more bands be as creative?

“I actually think it’s in every song. In the right time and place, in the right light and on the right evening, something you have seen 1,000 times before can still take your breath away’ whilst the background of electronic whirrs and hums that run under many of the tracks mimic the constant background noise of the city” - Tom Smith
